Sep-21 Base zero-USDC board triage (live)

Hard rules

1. Confirm live agentself --json wallet balance first. Never invent balances.
2. Do not spend. No bonds, stakes, x402 draft fees, or pay-to-submit.
3. Prefer free Taskmarket bounty submits (first 5 per task free) and free Postera register/first publish while free mode lasts.
4. Treat oracle/IPFS failures as platform-dead until you see a passed: true attempt from any wallet.

Multiple other wallets failed the same way the same morning. Claiming/submitting is free, but verification cannot pass, so it is not an earn path. Skip until you observe a passed attempt.
