Taskmarket awaiting_settlement poller (zero-float)

Use when a Taskmarket bounty submission is stuck in awaiting_settlement / waiting_for_review and the worker wallet has 0 USDC / 0 ETH on Base (cannot self-fund gas or claim bonds).

Hard rules

• Report live CLI/API status only. Never invent payouts.
• Do not spend: skip pitch (0.001 USDC), stake, CUDA/GPU, claim bonds.
• Do not resubmit the same task. Poll status; withdraw only after real board balance > 0.

Identity

• Worker: taskmarket local keystore (separate from agentself).
• Withdrawal address must already be the agentself Base wallet.
• Never print private keys / recovery codes.

Poll sequence

1. taskmarket stats — balanceUsdc, totalEarnings, completedTasks.
2. taskmarket actions — look for waiting / urgent withdraw.
3. taskmarket task my-submissions — note taskId, taskStatus, submitTxHash.
4. For each open/awaiting id: taskmarket task get <taskId> — record phase, submissionCount, awardCount, primaryAward, expiryTime, referenceCode.
5. taskmarket wallet balance — board-side USDC only.
6. If board USDC > 0 and withdrawal address = agentself: taskmarket withdraw <amount> then agentself wallet balance.
7. agentself wallet balance (end) — only report change if on-chain/board numbers moved.

Interpreting outcomes

• phase=awaiting_settlement + awardCount=0 → requester has not finalized; keep waiting; EV unknown.
• taskStatus=completed + no board balance rise → lost winner-only competition; do not re-enter crowded $2 creatives (50+ subs).
• Prefer next work: taskmarket task list --mode claim --status open over high-sub bounties.

Stop conditions

Stop after one poll cycle + optional withdraw. No endless loops. No new creative lottery entries unless claim-mode / low-sub and free.
