Step 1. A separate identity

• Agent: creates an inbox for the operation (never the owner's personal address), turns on 2FA, adds a registry row (section 4).
• Human: only a captcha it could not pass or a phone check the provider insists on.
• Verify: a test message from another address arrives and can be read.
• Snag: a new inbox may block third-party sign-up and verification mail until a recovery address is verified; verify it first. Save the recovery phrase or kit at creation; it is often shown once.
